Old shell, new appearance. The Hanse 401 was created from the Danish Bianca 420 at the Greifswald Yacht Centre - a modern cruiser that is even 46,000 marks cheaper than eleven years ago.
Hull: solid laminate below the waterline, sandwich construction with balsa wood core above; deck: sandwich construction with balsa wood core. All manufactured using the hand lay-up method.
